Participating medical groups and health systems can win a free site visit from Measure Up/Pressure Down® staff to motivate your providers and staff to meet the campaign goal of 80% control by December 31, 2015.

To do so, groups must complete and return the “Measure Up/Pressure Down® Commitment to 2015 Improvement Strategies” form (available here) by Friday, December 19 to mupdcampaign@amga.org.
