Join Our Mission
High blood pressure affects one in three Americans – which probably means
that you, a friend, or a family member has the disease. We hope you’ll join the
effort against high blood pressure with Measure Up/Pressure Down®.
Anyone can join our mission in a variety of ways:
• Individuals can learn about
high blood pressure throughout our website, or follow us on Twitter and
Facebook, and take the pledge to combat the disease.
•
Supporting Organizations such as national corporate and non-profit organizations are
invited to join the campaign as partners or sponsors.
•
Medical Groups can join
more than 140 other medical groups across the nation that are committed to the
goal of having 80 percent of patients in control of their high blood pressure by
2016.
